Due Diligence is a care that a reasonable person exercises to avoid any mistake in taking the right decision. It is a term that most people use in relation to buying a business but that is not the only time it is important.

Due Diligence
is done even before hiring the right person for any company or for that matter buying any property. Due Diligence investigation of a company requires extensive knowledge and care therefore NDCC has complete team of professionals including Lawyers, Charted Accountants, Financial experts to check each and every thing of the company before taking over.

It is simply doing Homework before putting your Business funds to work on anything, Often Due Diligence is to describe the investigation done before purchasing another company of a competitor and NDCC would cover the following points-

  • Does the business have healthy cash flow?
  • By looking at the books , one should be able to tell from where the revenue stream is coming from.
  • If the company has physical assets, have they valued correctly and fairly?
  • Are there any hidden liabilities?
  • How reliable are its financial projections
  • Are the company documents complete? ( Article of incorporation, board meetings, minutes, tax registration etc)
  • Is the business up to date on its Taxes?
  • What Insurance information provided and what is covered?
  • Are there complete employee files including salary and benefits?
  • Has the company done all the Govt. Compliance etc.
