To identify and locate relevant information to prepare for pursuing litigation, to strengthen evidence in the Court. To locate witnesses, obtain required documents, background details and other useful facts (or weaknesses) of the opponent, which helps the litigant in the court, as also may be gainfully utilized during negotiations and / or 'out - of - court' settlements. In addition, NDCC is also capable to suitably advice clients who are being harassed or fleeced by their own counsels or officials.
